IPS 2000 DIAL TONE problem

We are working on IPS2000 .Since yesterday afternoon the dial tone has been changed and it has sounds very high with unbearable sound. for getting normal dialtone what can be done through mat which may please be explanined and help up to set the system in to normal operation. Other ringing and the speech operations are normal. Only the abnormal and high sound dial tone we are getting

Don't have a manual to hand but you need to check the country code, I will get back to this when I can get to a manual assuming someone else doesn't beat me to it!
