Hi all,

I wanted to check how you do conference call on the IPS 2000
Do you dial the number then conf then dial another number and press conf again on DTerm digital phone
Also if you have a code to dial out?

And if you have the DT300 series phone, what do you press for conference call?

Thank you in advance

This is what I have down for my IPS 2000. Keep in mind that we use Dterm Series I, model DTR-16D-1, and these have a CONF button. I do have a few DT300's out there, but they require a retro key kit with a CONF button. They are not "officially" compatible without the retro kit. I'll leave a YouTube link at the end of this post.

Conference

This key is used to establish a three-way or four-way conference call. The LED will light when this feature is activated.
• Establish connection with the first party; announce the conference
• Depress the Transfer key, dial desired number of the second party (precede outside calls with a “9”) wait for answer
• Announce the conference and depress the Conference key. Three-way conference is established. To add fourth party, depress Transfer, dial fourth party, wait for answer, and depress Conference. Four-way conference established.
If a busy signal is encountered, you misdial, or there is no answer, depress Transfer to be reconnected to the original party.

F1012 is the code for a conference key. ALL keys are programmable.

Hi Guys,

We manage to make the conference call, Thank you Phone troll.

A question Belevedere, if we enter F1012 in the MOC, how can we then determine where we which button on the DT300 series we want to use?

Thank you in advance

CMD 9000>200,05>:F1012 EXE
Button command is 9000
200 = extension ,05 = button 5, F1012 = CNF, EXE = write data.

Thank you Belevedere,

You rock, will test it out when we are at the client.
