iprint lost a printer

Had a printer running through iPrint come in this moring and the print needs attention but unable to do any this about it. what little i can do.

help i don't want to go back to print server/Q

I am also getting an error on the server that reads
"ERROR (5) occurred Attempting to Load "NDPSGW""
