Does the IP Phone Manager work on the SV9100 system. I tried at a premises in Melbourne Australia with about 50 IP phones and it found nothing after doing a search. It is a big company the IP phones maybe on a subnet from the system but i cannot see f there are settings/parameters for the search command. Any ideas.

IP Phone manager does not look at the phone system just the phone and the version you are using needs to be compatible with the phone type. Also when doing a search with IP phone manager it needs to be on the same subnet as the phones to find them. If you know the IP address of the phone you can do a direct connect.
