Hi,

I hope someone could help!

We where told to disable IPOSyncService for some reason that I forget.

Now I need to add some more agetns to IPOCC. They are all setup but I think I need to enable this service so that the new agents work.

Does this cause any issues to a live system? Should it be done out of hours? Will it mess up any existing agents if their names have been changed on the IPO during the time the service has been disabled?

Many thanks!

You don't need to the IPOSyncService for agents to work, I assume you get some error when you login?

Yeah so all my other agents work fine. Its just the 8 new ones I have setup.

It says Invalid extension when we try and login!

I have set the user in IPO to Agent and I have created the Agent manually in IPOCC and included the correct extension in the telephony tab with the same password they use to login their desk phone.

Have I missed something?

Have you added the extensions under Configuration -> Telephones?
