IPOSE VMPro Delay on Greetings

Hi All,

We've got an IPOSE that is waiting a few seconds before playing the voicemail greeting for a user. The default greeting plays instantly, but the user-recorded one seems to wait a second or so before playing.

This could just be PEBKAC and they aren't recording their greeting correctly, but I thought I would ask if anyone has seen this before?

Did you try to download the file and check if there is a silence at the beginning?

Yeah and it's got the silence. This doesn't seem to happen on our lab system
