Hi all,

I have IPOSE-Primary, IPOSE-Secondary, and 2 IPO500v2 Gateway and 3 Phone 30 Expansion Module, approximately 90 Analog Phones, and have 2 Gateways for different locations I have 552 Avaya IP Endpoint License. VCM and Combo and RRI.

Analog and Digita, PRI, and C.O are distributed over the Gateways.
For IP Phones, can I distribute it or it should be run on IPOSE-Primary?
is the ARS Solution is common on all systems, so I can use it for the whole system with no need to make a route between lines.
I ask this question because I need to know in the resilience, can the secondary server handle ARS.

Entirely and 100% your problem. Only you know where all the trunks are and what external numbers the customer wants diallable by which external trunks during normal operation let alone during resilience. And yes, during resilience the external number dialing for the IP phones will be processed by the short codes and ARS of the systems to which they have failed over.

There comes a point when, since your handle says you're a 'System Engineer', you have to sit down and do the planning for the customers solution rather than just hoping that a free support forum will solve everything for you. All that the others can do for you (including the documentation) is provide examples (unless of course you want to pay a system engineer to do the work).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@sizbut: Thanks for the quick tip, sometimes one needs confirmation from experienced people like you

Tip:
On my Previous installation when the primary fails over to the secondary they users could not dial out
They will need the same user rights on the secondary system as you have on the primary.

Reason being if the secondary can’t see the user rights as they don’t exist..

Do a search on this form and you fine this explained

@snowman50: Thank you, I will search and see. not all on documentation is described well, for this forum was created for all to share experiences and solved problems.
