IPOSE and Media Manager 1

Hi ...

I have IPOSE 11.1.3.1.0 build 34.
VMWARE
All License is Valid
Media Manager is Licensed on VMPro and Valid on Recording Calls

When open Media Manager from Web Manager, I got this Message:

A valid Media Manager license is not available and the evaluation period has ended.

any ideal ??

Confirm the license in PLDS and if it's valid regenerate the license file and verify your host ID hasn't changed.
If you are using WebLM delete the old license and re-install the new one.
If you are using the Primary as the license source add the regenerated license in Manager.

Check errors again.
