IPOPE paging

IP office version 7.0(27). Partner mode. 2 ETR cards, 1 with an ATM 4U daughter card. partner 18D phones. Someone got the hairbrained idea that I could make external paging work with nothing but a Valcom self amplified 5 watt paging horn. No interface.

Is there any way on Gods green earth to make this work?

Splice the T/R from the paging speaker to speaker lead inside the 18D; to activate the page make a voice-announced call to the extension the 18D is connected to.
