IPOfice 500 and internal CLI info missing

Hi guys,

I am installing an IPOffice 500 with a new IPOffice 500 phone 30 pack.

Software is 4.1.9 and all works except the Relate 700 handsets which worked on the Alchemy kit prior to this install and more importantly the Avaya Gemini handsets supplied recently for the Alchemy kit will not show incomming internal or external CLI info.

I have changed in manager the CLI settings and the country of origin settings to see if that helps but to no avail. Bizzarly four BT DECT cordless phones work on the phone pack and present all CLI as you would want it presented.

Any idea's?
 
I have found with BT Relate alog phones they will do CLI or MWI but not both. play with the switch under the phone.

I'm not sure about the Gemini as I have never used them.

There are some CLI problem with 4.19 and 4.1.12
This is solved in 4.1.15
No guaranty for your problem but i would upgrade it anyway

Thanks guys, i'll upgrade to 4.1.15 on Monday and see what gives.

The Avaya Gemini is just an Interquartz Gemini with an Avaya badge. These work well on the IPOffice 406v2 etc.

 
There was an issue with CLI that should be fixed in the newest release.

FSKD CLI does not work with Siemans Gigaset SL100 on potsV2. Works ok on all other pot modules.
