IPOFFICE VOICEMAIL PRO DTMF NO RESPONSE

IPOffice Voicemail PRO when pressing the Message button on Avaya 9608 ip phone and when voicemail answers and asks to enter extension number and password. I try to enter the extension number but the system does not recognize.

IP Office Voicemail Pro ver. 8.1.2004.0
IP Office Manager ver. 10.1 (65)
 
Could be your reseller disbabled it, ask them first.

restart the VmPro service and test again

checked with reseller, they cant find what the issue is.
already restarted the IPOffice switch, POE switch and the VMPro service and the server which is running the VMPro.
it starts working and then after a while sporadic DTMF issues start again.
 
Find a new reseller?

Wrong Vxxx number in then source number of the user?

reseller had me power cycle the IPOffice switch. no issues yet for about 2 weeks.
