IPoffice transfer incoming call to external number not working.

Dear all,

I have an issue with IP office 500V2 version 9.1.I am not able to transfer incoming calls to an external number.While i press transfer and enter the digit ,system not allowing me to put more than 4 digit. example if am transferring calls to external number 055212xxx system not allowing me after i enter 9055. I have 30 channel ISDN PRI line.In analog trunk there was an option "Allow analog trunk to trunk connect", but i didn't see any option in PRI line settings.

Can anybody help me on this issue please?

It's barred by default in 9.1 to stop dirty hackers having their way (Raed Nahal) :)

Do you have this checked in System Tab ?
Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer.
