Ipoffice server 9.1.5 and broadsoft siptrunk

We have a problem with a ipoffice server edition version 9.1.5 and a broadsoft siptrunk (Routit-Netherlands)

The problem is, that when we calling from a 9611 phone, to an outside number, and that number has an auto attendant, with multiple choices, and we choose (a 1 ..9) makes no difference, then on the phone, stands hold, an get a waiting tone.
There is a monitor trace, off a call what is going wrong

We have also tested on 9.0.6 version, there it's working correctly.

It's not an option, to downgrade the server solution.

So hope someone has a solution for this problem.

Might make more sense if you would have SIP Rx/Tx in the trace.

What is the DTMF setting on the trunk? (RFC or inband)

If downgrading is not an option why don't you try to update first? We are currently on SP8.
 
upgrade to SP8 does not solve the problem, i have now made a ticket at Avaya, hopefully they can solve the problem.
 
That's why my actual issues at Avaya take so long to solve?

It's most likely a DTMF setting or payload issue but if you don't bother to include SIP in the trace it doesn't do much good.

I have made a ticket at Avaya, they investigated the problem, and they are going to make a fix for it.
The problem is only on the 9.1 versions, Avaya has tested with version 10 and version 9.0 and that is working fine.

Hopefully they can make a fix, fast
