IPOffice problem routing AAR calls to Definity

I have a 2.1.27 Small Office networked to a 2.1 G3si via IP.
When sending outside calls to the Definity to route over their PRI's using AAR, I cannot hear ringing but calls do complete. i do hear ringing when calling extensions on the Definity.

Can anyone help?
