Have a client with IPOffice Preferred, and Applications Server running One-X Portal version 9. We noticed preferred mobile apps updgraded to 9.1 on 31st December automatically. Thus now Mobile Apps are on ver 9.1, and server is ver 9.
Since then we have noticed issues like lots of noise when two callers make use of the preferred mobile app. This morning client also had a server crash which we are still investigating. Anyone encountered this pls?
