I have an IPOffice 412 running 4.2.11 with Zeacom call center software laid over the top. The Zeacom handles the Announcements and Voicemail. We also use the IPOffice to route fax calls to (2) Faxfinder FF200 fax units for personal fax numbers as well. The IPOffice has 328 extensions and 479 users and 445 entries in the incoming call route. Our TSP consistently crashes severing the link between the IPOffice and the Zeacom system and requiring a module restart on the Zeacom server.

Is anyone using an IPOffice with this many extensions or user entries on it (with or without the Zeacom piece) and what has been your experience? I am being told by Avaya that we are asking the IPOffice software to do things it was not designed to do.

Any thoughts or input is appreciated.

Thanks.

Or wait untill version 5.0 it should be able to handle 500 extensions...[noevil]
But it will take till october 2009 I think.

Version 5 does NOT support 500 extensions.
It will support 500 users over 32 SCN sites.
Thats somewhat different.
The max will be 392 on a single ip500.

Sorry you're right intrigant, JackD makes reading harder...
:p ....did re-read the 5.0doc it goes from 272 up to 384...could not find 392.
But you're already over the 272, i've heard that the IP500 now will work on more then 300 extensions.

12ea Digital or Phone 30 modules = 360
3ea Phone 8 card or 3ea Digital 8 cards = 24
Slot 4 = 4-Port Expansion Module Card

360+24=384 assuming you have no VCM that would be the maximum possible number of physical extensions.
