Hello,

Our Ipoffice 406 goes in constant reboot by unknown cause.

Today it holds in permanent reboot, and the message below appears
in the console: "VCOMPPCB: Warning failed to load code".

The constant rebooting happens also if the Ipoffice is disconnected
from the Lan and the E1 cable link.

I made a configuration clean to the default configuration, using the procedure at the console, and a reload from a configuration backup, but it not fix the trouble.

Power down/up all the modules produce a normal operation, for some
time before the next reset.

The IPO has software 1.4.25.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Gustavo.

Does the unit behave in default (AT-X2, AT-X3 from dte port)
if so then the problem is with your config.
usualy this is caused by creating a loop with IP routes.

Re-write the config from a blank config and see if this works.

Does mean that the VCM card has a hardware failure ?

This can cause that the IPO restart and it can't startup
some times and in this cases it need a power down/up for a good startup ?

Thanks for the colaboration.

Dont re write the config toooo much work, just run the wizard in V2, will pick up most errors.

Have seen several sites where when the vcm is installed the unit will not boot, all lights on front panel, removed the vcm and unit boots ok
