Don't know much about the ACM other than it is mainly for larger enterprises with a mass of functionality...

I know the IPOffice scales upto 360 ish user etc and fits into the SMB market.

I've recently heared rumours by a Avaya Platinum reseller that there is new ACM due out which targets the SMB market and is much cheaper...therefore making the IPOffice pretty pointless?!

I also know that Welwyn garden office is downsizing and has gone from 2 buildings to 1 and cutting more posts.

I know version 5 is out soon for IPO but is anything due after that or will it follow the Index onto the scrap heap?

Heard nothing about that
There is CMExpress but that is to fill up the gap between the IPO and the CM

There is a new gateway (430) that can be expanded like the IPO but only with two modules
