IPoffice 9.1 - IP console line ringing--- im just missng something

OK IP Office 9.1 with IP 9611G console phone.

I have a basic issue with ringing, The console sends calls to voicemail if the operator is on the phone.
It should ring giving the operator the option to answer and if she cannot after 5-6 rings it should go to Auto attendant.
We have enough call appearance buttons but the system treats this phone as it does a standard user.
I know its something easy, just been in it to long today.

Disable VM for the user and create the AA as afall back target in ICR. Or forward the user in no answer to the AA
 
The 9611 is just a standard phone/user, it isn't an operators console. The way it works is determined by the system settings/programming just like any other handset :)
