IPOffice 500 and Embedded voicemail problem

Can anyone answer the following question?

I have an IPOffice 500 with embedded Vmail that when the system is powered down and restarted (resent storms have caused this to be required)when it all comes back up again it sends UNREAD messages to three or four extension users which can be up to a week old!

As far as i can make out there are no known issues with this but to capture this data is tricky as just rebooting the system now will not show the problem. This happens every now and again so it's difficult to pin down.

Trouble is when it happens the customer quite correctly losses a little more confidence in the system.

The software level is 4.1.9.

I would say first to get off of 4.1.9 that is a pretty flakey release. get up to 4.1.12. the list of fixes is pretty long.

4.1.9 had problems with embedded voicemail
Sometimes for unknown reasons the card is not regorniced anymore
Upgrade it to 4.1.12 and see again

O.k. - o.k! I get the message!

I wil upgrade to 4.1.12 and see what happens apfet that.....and the embedded card!
