Hello, I have IP office 406, that when my users try to dial out it strips off the last 4 digits and their is no ringing, then they get a message that "Call cannot be completed as dialed." I have looked at the short codes and compared them to other branches and cannot see what is causing this. When I use the call status, I see the call going out on one of the lines but only the first 6 numbers show in my call status and the user's display. Any help would be appreciated. We are using digital phones.
