ipoffice 4.2 AA and embdedded voicemail

I have an AA setup and it works fine, callers can press 1,2,3 etc.. and get a normal transfer to the requested extension however they hear dead air when the are being transferred... on the test system I have here when transferred i could hear doo dahh doo dahh before hearing the persons voicemail if they didn't answer..

hope that makes sense...

Why is this happening?
