Hi ...

I have IPO Rls8.1 with IPOCCR, and have 3 agents, on the Agent time card reports, when generate reports for agent 3, the value of the shift in the reports is 00:00:00, while on other agents there is a value when the agent login.
is there a reason for this ?

thanks in advance

Hi telpeter,

this is not IPOCC, it's CCR, as I described above the IPO is Rls 8.1

Haven't seen CCR in many a moon.
In this instance I would delete that user and then copy/paste another user that has been working fine. Change the name back to agent three from ETXN6907 or whatever it is and see how that goes.

Basically, this one agent is not reporting correctly, so copy another user who is working correctly and try it again.

Also check for characters/ spaces before or after their name.
That'll cause more problems than a long legged Italian housewife with an unlimited credit card and a strong libido.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

A madman with a taste for speed.
