Installed this, seemed to go smooth but after the install I never get the option to setup an Administrator account. The page goes directly to the standard log on screen. I've tried this multiple times now and the same results (definition of crazy no?). I looked in the dboTblUser table and no accounts are there. Any ideas?

Yes, I gave up after three days modding around with the f*ing software, everytime the same result as you.
Avaya is a no go, they say it works on them everytime... maybe a locale problem on the PC, I use a non US or UK OS.
Now we withdrawn CCR and claimed a refund from Avaya and we installed Xima Chronicall, took 30 minutes to install and another 30 minutes to configure, what a relief.....

I have taken the virtual machine home and solved the problem, actually there were a number of problems:
During install I used the Windows account for creating the database, it really needs to be the SQL sa account, despite what our SQL experts told me.
They forbid me to enable and use the sa account as it is vulnerable.
Then in IIS right click on the CGI icon and open the applicaton pools, make sure they all are enables.
The right click on CGI and something and open the application pool, set them all as "classic"
Restart IIS and open the default ( first time ) CCRWebClient page, then you can add a admin account.

going above and beyond deserves a star intrigrant

So when you had followed the manual Intrigrant, it would have worked?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Get yourself re-tested by your mom[wink], of course it will work, as always, finally, after loosing all my hair and a few pounds..
I do have it running on a Win2012 Server edition with SQL 2008 SP3 and IIS 8, it was a piece of cake knowing which parameters to change.

Ha ha ha, it is always easy when you know it.
I was just struggling with a couple of 3641's and an Avaya wireless controller.
Those bloody phones kept giving assoc failed while i already done this on a different location.
You know what, these stupid phones fail when WPA and WPA2 are active.
By enabling WPA2 only they registered straight away.
Took me two freaking hours to find it :)
