Hi all,

We are about to go live with our first IPOCC tomorrow and I haven't been able to find any end user documentation such as a quick reference guide for the agents. Does anyone know if there is anything like that out there?

That's great and I will definitely use that but is there something smaller that I can handout to the agents as a quick reference guide.

All I have is the workshop guides on the install. Nothing really User Friendly. We had Avaya come in and train the customer so not sure on what they gave out.
