When i connect to the WebUI through an FQDN and click the settings cog the "IP Office Contact Center Server" field says "Host Name" and cannot be edited stopping me from saving a change to the integrated phone.

I seem to recall there being a file i need to edit on the IPOCC server but cant seem to remember where this is or find any reference to it. Can anyone help out?

You shouldn't need to change the IPOCC server address, it should be pre-populated with the adress you entered to access the login page.
you only need to change enter the WebRTC address if you use that.

Don't know why you have port 9449 though, it should be 28443.

It pre-populates/lets me edit the address if i use an IP Address, if i use an FQDN i can't edit it and subsequently cant save any changes for the WebRTC address or disable the integrated phone.

Dont worry about the port - i was forwarding a through an ASBCE relay. it doesnt make any difference whether using 28443 or a different port.

Why shouldn't I worry about it?

I've never had an issue with this and apparently you have.

Does it work if you try connecting to the WebUI directly on the server?
