Hi all,

IPOCC 10.1
IPOSE 10.1
This is a demo lab test environment for the powered by solution.

I want to use the WebUI and I get Invalid credentials when I want to sign on with Agent1 with integrated softphone.
If I use Communicator to sign on with extension then I can use WebUI to sign on . For the WebRTC Gateway i have IP of Server Edition and port: 42004.
In WebRTC Configuration I have Gateway Listen port 42004 and sip server settings set to Auto.

Why isn't it allowing me to connect with integrated softphone ?

When I look in TTrace of WebUI

Any ideas?

So are you connecting through a public IP?
Does it work using internal IPs directly on the server?

I am only trying to connect internally.. If it works internally then I want to test from public..

It seems to use the public IP for WebRTC.

In the WebUI settings have you set the WebRTC IP to the internal IP?

Yes,

In sip settings I have also set local ip and still dosen't work..
looking at the sysmon i get IP/2.0 401 Unauthorized and then SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden.
I know my extension is a SIP extension.. and user is poweruser..

Have you enabled SIP Remote Extension?

"Trying is the first step to failure..." - Homer

Yes I have..

Hmm might be something with the certificate I generated when I set up ipocc ?

Might be, I've only done this in production using valid wildcard certs, although it worked on my lab with default one.
There's a lot of settings that needs to be correct so hard to tell without seeing them.

But the question is why IPO is saying FORBIDDEN, something is wrong with the SIP REGISTER.

It beats me.. I will postpone this for a while now, other things to do with ipo :)

Coming back here..

A support tech connected and fixed the problem.. he changed the pass of agent in ipo and ipocc and Enabled Allow popups in Chrome.
He then managed to get the Agent signed on .

Fun thing now.. i changed the passwords of the agent and agents phone and guess what.. now it's not working.

So i don't know what's going on, but it seemed to be a password issue (even though I am sure the passwords I enter are correct)
