IPOCC Wallboard

Guys ,

I have IPOCC version :91.2.19900 does it include IPOCC Wallboard if yes how i can make sure it is working ?
I am using following Urls without any luck.

https://XX.XX.XX.XX:28443/WallboardBroker

https://XX.XX.XX.XX:28443/Administration
