setting a term state duration for an agent, want it to change colour when having been on the call for x amount of time. I set this to connected state with relevant time, however it keeps reverting back to Alerting after a random time or when I log out/back in. I have saved the wallboard, tried exporting and importing but nothing seems to get it to stick - any ideas?
