Guys Need your Help...
I Have one user whose IPOCC User Interface Extension Drop Down List is Grayed Out, I have uninstalled and Installed the client but the problem still persist, Please help.

You need to enable "Activate terminal selection" during install or add the following to registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Avaya\IPOCC\CCUI]
"AskForTerminal"="true"
