IPOCC User Interface Crashing while Logging using Administrator Account

IPOCC User Interface Crashing while Logging using Administrator Account, Agents Account are working fine.
Restarted IPOCC Watchdog Service and even Server, problem still persist.

Note: I can Login using Administrator Account through Portal and it works fine.

Haven't encountered it as I never use that account.

You shouldn't use the Administrator account for admin purposes as it uses a supervisor license.
You should use the service account.

It's not a solution but a workaround.
Also you should check the logs what it's doing when it crashes.

Thanks for prompt response, but I don't see any way to create service account, I was only using Administrator Account for all Admin Jobs now I am struck.
I am using Avaya IPOCC Version 10.0.

I have another Admin Account but it doesn’t have full permission.

 
The service account is a default account.
