Hi all,
I have issue with IPOCC UI, I type the login, password and extension of the agent and it logged in succesfully
But, when I go to the telephone section of UI, I see ''no local telephone configured'', so I cannot change status or sign in...etc
I have already IP Phone connected and registered, Extension configured in the IPOCC...etc
Please do you know what can be the issue ?
