Greetings. I am running IPOCC 9.1.9. We noticed recently that the Transfer button in the IPOCC has stopped working. When this was installed, we were told Call Center agents have to use this to show up on their stats for calls taken/transferred etc.
I have reset the watchdog app and this did not fix the transfer button. How would one go at looking into fixing this or how to fix it and secondly is it true transfer only show up on the IPOCC reports as calls taken transferred if it it only answered by using the IPOCC GUI. That may sound confusing but what I mean is they can only answer it by hitting the green pickup button or like pressing the transfer button in the IPOCC only, not using a phone.
