IPOCC Taskflow disconnecting

IPOCC Taskflow keeps disconnecting and customer has to keep re-activating it to make it work.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue on Avaya IPOCC?

The customer does not want to keep re-activating.
 
Never encountered this issue, the only thing I can think of is that the server is rebooted and no Default Task Flow has been selected.

Okay Thanks.

But in this case, the server didn't reboot and the default task flow was already selected.

It still disconnects and i have not been able to find a permanaent fix for this issue
 
So they only need to go to the Task Flow edition and press Activate for it to work again?

Check the core logs in TTconsole when this is happening.
