IPOCC-SAP integration

Hello all,

Can anyone help me on the IPOCC-SAP integration, i've done the connection between SAP and IPOCC and it is OK, but i'm receiving error message in SAP which says "no phone line" and from IPOCC side i found error in the ICI trace which as following

did anyone came through this to help me ?

I don't know but it says that "<errorText>Agent(name) not found</errorText>" so I'm guessing is a name missmatch.
