Several days ago, client's IPOCC machine went down. Client restored IPOCC using an old VM snap and machine is working ok agent report which shows answered calls and abandoned calls are working and showing data, however since then all topic reports are blank. Everything is 0. Topic report are the skill defined report differentiating on which skill call center received most calls through IVR. The report is are also not showing elements. IPOCC is ver10.1.1.0. I have checked everything and cant find what is wrong which reports.
