We have a IPO and IPOCC. I know IPO but don't have much experience with IPOCC.
I have a couple of questions about the reporting:
1: They have asked if it's possible to produce a report from IPOCC which details the number of calls answered in 0-30; 30-60 and 60-90 seconds please?
2: Is there a way that they can see a list of all calls received by a certain assistant (Offered, Answered, Length)
