IPOCC Report Template to get hourly call details

Hi All ,
We have requirement from customer with IPOCC R9.1 to create a reporting template that with give details regarding received and abandoned call in every one hour. IS it possible , where can i set the interval to 1 hour?
Supervisor want to run this template every one hour to generate the details regarding received and abandoned calls.
 
You can select the resolution in the Basic Data settings or on the table.

Thanks janni, my IPOCC release is 9.1.8, resolution under basic data (user defined ) was showing MM:SS which confused me, in older release it was HH:MM.
I think i missed something in the settings.
Did any one notice this?
 
Hehe, that's funny... Haven't noticed it myself but yes, it does the same on both 9.1.8 and 9.1.9 on my systems.

They have fixed this in 10.0 so I don't think I'll bother to report it on 9.1.
