IPOCC Rebuild 1

We did a rebuild of IPOCC and Windows Server. My question is where can i download the sybase and the tapi for microsoft as we need these in the pre-requisites in installing IPOCC? Avaya just send only the .iso file of IPOCC. We need the sybase because we cant run the DataImport.exe as we encountering a problem.

Sybase is included in the ISO if you're running 9.0, 9.1+ use PostgreSQL.
