Hello,
We are trying to set up IPOCC on our DEMO system for a deployment in April. We have followed what documentation that has been offered. Our SIP extension is 6099 and our users are 1000-1005. Via SYS MON we were able to determine that the 6099 was not able to register due to not having remote worker enabled. Once we did that, we can see it register and it shows in SSA and in Monitor(SIP Phone Status) and it shows the extension as registered. Ext. 1000 can call Ext. 1001 with no issues(obviously) but if we try to call any of the topics(2010, 2020, 2030) we get "Number Busy". For the UI(web page)log-in the drop down for the extension number is greyed out not allowing any agents to log in but we can log in as Administrator without any issues. Our main issue appears to be that the extensions are not being recognized in the groups on the IPOCC, as a key line in SYS MON indicates: "14:46:54 520167430mS CMTARGET: TryLoggedOutTargeting for user Contact Center Failed".
What is preventing the Agent from logging in?
Thank You in Advance.
