IPOCC R9.1.6 does not allow administrator to login to Administration web Interface

Hello All,

IPOCC R9.1.6 does not allow administrator to login to Administration web Interface.

Pls has anyone faced this issue? as we want to install certificate fo the purpose of Avaya chat.

Or how can we change the https to http so it won't show "not secure" on the website again.

I will really appreciate your responses.

Hi,

has anyone faced this issue, the IPOCC is Release 9.1.6. The administration portal opens but it is not accepting the same administrator credentials being used to login to the IPOCC User interface. Its giving us an issue as we want to import SSL certificate into IPOCC.

Pls any help will be appreciated.

You really should upgrade to IPOCC 10, a lot of things have been fixed since 9.1.

Also you shouldn't use the Administrator account for management since it uses a Supervisor license, instead use the service account.
