I have set up a new IPOCC R10.1, I have already did all configuration on it (Call Flow, agents, IVR...etc)
Now I cannot connect Agent UI using CCUI, I got error (No license server registered...etc) when I checked Avaya KB, they said, the hostname of IPOCC Server must contains only Letters and Numbers Only
In my case, I have special character on the hostname, so I have to change it to resolve this issue, I found this solution:
Issue is resolved by performing the following steps:
1. Restored to Blank DB
2. Run "AdjustHostname.exe" (this tool is provided in IPOCC software under Utilities folder)
3. Reboot IPOCC server
Note: Adjusthostname can only run once. If re-run again Adjusthostname tool gives error.
But I don't have empty DB
any idea ?
