IPOCC program takes time to load

Hey guys,

Any idea why IPOCC program takes time to load?

What we normally do is we turned-on their computer and launch the IPOCC 30 minutes or 1 hour before these agents (about 30 agents) start taking their calls.

Any inputs how to load it fast? The RAM of the CPU is 8GB.

What's a long time?
It takes a couple of seconds for my customers.

Have you entered the IPOCC servern in the clients HOSTS file?
Although I never do this, I guess that it could be due to DNS issues if it takes a long time.

Try using only the IP Address instead of host name for the UI ..
