Using the IPOCC Outbound-Campaigns do the "Max. number of Da" (Dial attempts) in "Dialing parameters settings" (tot/busy/not-answer/dropped/closures) define the total call attempts for all the numbers of each job? Or is there a parameter for the max-attempts of each number?
An our customer, since he has jobs with different amount of numbers, must be able to define the maximum number of calls per number (in order not to disturb the called, and don't violate the regulations in force).
Unfortunately it appears that settings (Max-Dial-Attempts and Time) is applicable for all numbers, it is not possible to define this setting for specific individual number.
Has anyone been able to do this in any other way?
