IPOCC License

I have an IPO500 control unit IPO R9 ESSNTL ED ADI LIC.

I want to implement 5 Agents With 2 supervisor and IPOCC .
What licenses we need to meet this requirements?

You'll need a IPOCC Base IP500 license and then you buy the nummber of agents and supervisors you need.
If you want recording you'll need Preffered Edition on IPO.

Don't forget one Avaya IP Endpoint license and a CTI link pro license if not currently available.
