IPOCC Issue

Hi ...

I face this issue on the IPOCC,

7/5/2023 4:20:40 PM UI_ElemError:001008009 Task tag cannot be accessed, there is no local telephone configured at that workplace.

In the Agent UI,

when restarting the server, it's back, after 2 or 3 calls return as above.
 
Are you at latest relase IP Office Contact Center 10.1.2.4 Service Pack 4 ?
