IPOCC isssue

Did anyone resolve the issue below? I have the same issue encountered. thank you

I have it all set up in the LAB with licences etc but for the life of me I cannot get the inbound calls to ring to a Topic.

I can call the agents OK and answer and transfer on the IPOCC Agent Software BUT if I call Topic 3001 it comes up call failed although it looks like its going to the IPOCC because on the display it shows the call Centre server name.

My system short code is as follows
30XX
Feature= Dial Extn
Telephone Number= 6999|>>.

I need some training on this or better docs, but this should be easy pulling hair out :)
 
I've never worked with IPOCC, only with the full Customer Interaction Express (as IPOCC is not available over here in Germany) but I went through some training a few weeks ago.

If the problem still exists and you can give me some more details on your setup/configuration I'll try and give you a hand :)
