IPOCC In the queue music announcement script on all call flows only silence is heard in aleatory tim

I tried in all topic with differrent configuration on the call flow, but when I call a topic which is a task flow connected in a announcement script with queue audio, I stop hearing the audio in aleatory time between 10-30 minutes.
Does anyone know what the problem is or do you need additional confirguration data?
