IPOCC Hiding a Supervisor

Greetings,

IS there a way to not show the supervisor in their respected topic(s), but still give them the ability to sign in and take calls if needed. We have it now where they are in grey, but the agents have picked up when they are listening to phone calls (the grayed outbound call symbol) when shes in the this status? Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Is this in the Agent Status (AG) elemet?

You can use Agent Status (Team) instead and assign which should be members of that group.

She is a part of the correct groups, but her agents have figured out when she is listening to calls live. I'd like to just keep her in a plain presence, if that makes sense.
 
I don't think you reading my post right, I'm assuming this is in the Agent Status real-time element on the telephony screen.

If you use Agent Status (team) you can choose how should be included in that view.
Also under Authorization on the agents profile you could say that they aren't allowed to see the status of the Supervisor.

Which ever of of the above should work.
