IPOCC: Failed to login to the WebUI interface

Guys, good morning.

I need help, I have a crash in IPOCC, where several times during the day I have to restart the surveillance service, because agents are unable to log in to the WebUI page. Reports that the service is not available.

Avaya Support has recommended upgrading from 10.1.2.0 to 10.1.2.3, what would be the procedure for upgrading?
And in case of failure how do I restore from IPOCC backup?
